The cost saving bristle pack® refills fit securely into the head of the “Pro” brush.  The patented design incorporates a spring loaded flange that squeezes onto the bristle to prevent paint from creeping into the ferrule.  If a small amount does, this will come off quickly when the refill is removed for cleaning.
